Grave Search

To find out whether someone is buried in the cemetery or to trace a grave, please complete a form (downloadable below) and send by post (see 'Contact Us' above) giving the person's full name and precise date of death. Please enclose a minimum donation of £40 (cheques made payable to FOHC).
