The Company

HCL is a registered private limited company registered at Companies House (no 1725719).   Its directors are appointed by the Friends of Highgate Cemetery Trust (FoHCT) Trustees as its only shareholder and the directors supervise the management and trading functions delegated by the company by FoHCT.
