As well as becoming members, many Friends also work voluntarily for and/or at the cemetery. The cemetery would not be what it is without them.

If you are able to offer your services as a volunteer in any capacity, you will be made very welcome and given every assistance to do so.  Volunteer opportunities are available in a wide range of fields, including: greeting and guiding visitors, accountancy, legal, research, publications, ICT/website, public and media relations, general maintenance, fundraising, gardening and landscaping.

All volunteers receive training and support as required and work under the close direction of a supervisor.
